About the role
Churchill Living are an award-winning and expanding property management company, recruiting for an experienced HR Operations Partner to join our Human Resources team in Ringwood, supporting our managers in the field with a variety of HR related activities to support our people agenda.
As HR Operations Partner, you will play a key role in creating exceptional employee experience by supporting day-to-day HR operations, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring our people processes run smoothly. You will be a trusted advisor and point of contact for our Colleagues and Managers across the Group on a variety of HR matters.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing and continuously improving all HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management and payroll coordination
- Coaching managers on people-related issues
- Developing and implementing management training as required in collaboration with the HR Business Partner or Head of HR
- Acting as the point of escalation for ER issues, ensuring all ER matters are managed fairly and consistently
- Managing all people related policies, ensuring these are kept up to date and compliant and implementing new policies as required
- Ensuring policies and processes are applied consistently across the Group and align with our Company values
- Managing, coaching, and supporting the HR Advisor and HR Administrator
- Analysing HR data, identifying trends and providing insights to the wider HR team to improve team and Company performance
- Act as a champion of our Company values, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace
About you
Our new HR Operations Partner will be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about all things 'people' and how the role of HR can play an instrumental part in a progressive commercial Company. You will appreciate the importance of building and developing relationships and enjoy working within a people orientated business with strong values and a positive Colleague culture. You will wholeheartedly appreciate the importance of supporting a multi-location workforce and will be flexible to travel.
We are looking for someone who is forward thinking and is able to translate their knowledge of business functionality into effective practical solutions, which enhance the culture and improve employee engagement. Our HR Operations Partner will be a qualified member of CIPD or equivalent, able to demonstrate sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of HR, with experience of delivering proactive solutions, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Above all, you will love what you do, you will be passionate, pragmatic and able to adapt your approach to meet the needs of your audience and that of the business.
