An excellent opportunity for a Sustainability Manager to join an ambitious global insurance company to support the implementation of the company's sustainability strategy and help evolve it in line with emerging risks, opportunities, and stakeholder expectations.
The role involves:
- The ability to shape the sustainability agenda within a global business.
- Supporting the design, delivery, and governance of sustainability priorities.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, and senior leadership.
- Considering new sustainability initiatives and driving internal awareness and engagement around sustainability goals.
- Managing data collection, analysis, and reporting for sustainability metrics.
- Coordinating responses to ESG rating agencies and investor queries.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of sustainability frameworks (e.g. TCFD, CSRD).
- Experience of translating strategy into action and measurable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ESG ratings and regulatory disclosures.
- Experience in sustainability, ESG, corporate responsibility, or a related field, preferably within the Insurance, Financial Services, or Professional Services sector.
