Bell Cornwall Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for a Legal Assistant at a National law firm. They are looking for an organised and motivated individual to join their Private Client team.

Legal Assistant responsibilities:

• Registering forms/legal documents HMRC, Probate Registry
• Organisation of legal documents such as Lasting Power of Attorney's, safe custodian and release of Wills, Probates
• Searching and registering Wills with certainty
• Preparing Estate Accounts on Excel
• Ad-hoc office duties

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Private Client Legal Assistant/Secretary
• Knowledge of day-to-day operations within a legal office
• Strong knowledge of case management software
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong communication skills
