We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trader (Plumbing Bias) with extensive plumbing experience to join our team on a permanent basis, for reactive works across multiple Social Housing sites in Bristol and surrounding areas. The client wants previous experience in Social housing or similar domestic works.

Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various tasks, including painting and decorating, multi-skilled handyman, plastering and carpentry.
- Drive to job sites as required, maintaining a valid driving license.
Requirements:
- Proven plumbing and multi-trade experience in occupied domestic properties or social housing background.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Social housing / local authority experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.
