Our client, a leading independent Financial Planner is seeking a Financial Advisor to join them on a full-time, permanently employed basis.
Due to exciting growth our client is looking for a fully-qualified Financial Advisor to join them on a full-time basis, ideally bringing an existing client-base with you whilst building a strong bank of new clients, working closely with the team where you will be provided with full paraplanning support.
The ideal candidate will hold their Level 4 qualification and ideally be looking to work towards Chartered status.
Flexible working is available however you will be expected in the Tunbridge Wels office at least 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
– Complete annual reviews of existing clients, ensuring suitability of ongoing advice is to a high standard
– Strong understanding of industry regulations and products, providing the best and most suitable advice where possible
– Onboarding new clients
– Build on your existing bank of clients
– Build a strong network of professionals in order to receive strong and effective referrals for new business
– Ensure all FCA guidelines and regulations are adhered to
Key Experience:
– Fully qualified Financial Advisor, ideally working towards or looking to work towards Chartered status
– Existing bank of income generating clients, keen to build on this whilst providing continuous advice to existing clients
– Used to networking, building external relationships in order to generate referrals
– Strong understanding of the financial market whilst ensuring knowledge of financial products is maintained at all times
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
– Confident working both independently whilst also receiving support from a paraplanning team
