Role and Responsibilities

• To support the shift manager & site engineering manager in leading the shift team
• Continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
• Adherence to the Quality processes and procedures
• Demonstrate strong communication skill-sets with 3rd party client or direct client.
• To lead and support a maintenanceteam.
• Stepping up to Shift Manager
• To support, as required, scheduled repairs according to the manufacturer\’s recommendations
• Diagnosis of Mechanical and Electrical and Electronic and PC faults
• Where required support, prioritise system faults
• To accurately record all work undertaken

• ONC OR HNCin Electrical or Mechanical Engineering OR BTEC Engineering or Engineering Apprenticeship or Bscor Msc
• Experience in previously managing a team
• A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic technical manuals and drawings
• Basic knowledge of PLC equipment
