About the Role:

Our clients are seeking an experienced and dedicated Paraplanner to join their dynamic financial planning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is either Level 4 qualified or actively working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. As a key part of the team, you will support the Financial Planners in delivering high-quality advice and service to clients. This role is based in the office full-time, with occasional flexibility to work from home when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical paraplanning support, including research, analysis, and report writing
  • Prepare and maintain client files in line with regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with providers and internal teams to obtain relevant information
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of client financial plans
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of client documentation

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or currently working towards it)
  • Proven paraplanning experience within a financial planning or wealth management firm
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning products, compliance, and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
