Are you an Estimator experienced in the HVAC industry looking to join a company known for their quality of work and have been delivering first-class mechanical building services since their inception over 50 years ago? In this role, the successful Estimator will play a crucial role in securing future projects by preparing accurate and competitive mechanical services tenders. You'll work closely with the design, procurement, and project delivery teams to ensure that bids are both technically sound and commercially viable. This role would suit an Estimator experienced in HVAC systems, that is looking to join a growing company and work on a wide range of high value projects.
The Role:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical installations across a range of commercial projects
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive bids
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and ensure best value
- Office based
The Person:
- Proven experience in mechanical estimating within building services or M&E contracting
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, and plumbing systems
- Proficient in estimating software
- Local to Leicester
