Our client are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team for a prestigious £10 million residential apartment development project in Rochdale. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing all cost aspects of the project, ensuring financial efficiency, and delivering exceptional value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of cost control for the project, including budget forecasting, cost reporting, and procurement.
  • Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates, tendering, and contract management.
  • Monitor project progress and financial performance, identifying and mitigating risks to the budget.
  • Manage change orders, claims, and variations effectively.
