As a Graduate Chemfeed Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing chemical monitoring and dosing solutions for diverse industrial applications. This role offers exceptional exposure to cutting-edge water treatment technologies across various sectors, from cooling towers to reverse osmosis systems. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, managing projects independently while collaborating with account managers and customers to deliver technical solutions. This position combines technical expertise with project management, offering a perfect launching pad for a career in engineering.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Learn to specify equipment that meets customer requirements
- Develop skills in designing chemical dosing solutions through customer site visits
- Gain experience in project management and budget control
- Learn to produce technical drawings and proposals
- Participate in commissioning activities at customer locations
- Develop understanding of water treatment assets across various applications
- Learn to coordinate with third-party installers and suppliers
- Support the Management of Change (MOC) Process
Qualifications Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree
- Fluent in English - other European languages are useful
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UK driving licence - a car will be provided.
- AutoCAD knowledge would be beneficial
- Project management software experience would be advantageous
- Willingness to travel within assigned region
- Enthusiasm for technical problem-solving
