The Role
As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will be a key leader in our nursery, supporting the Manager in delivering outstanding care and education. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, managing daily operations, and fostering an inspiring environment for children, staff, and parents.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nursery Manager in the daily management of the nursery, ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining high standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of early years professionals.
- Collaborate in the creation and implementation of an innovative curriculum aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and carers, fostering trust and open communication.

About You
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional who demonstrates:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Level 5 or higher preferred).
- At least two years of experience in a leadership or management role within an early years setting.
- In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and relevant regulatory standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
