A role within M Group Energy, part of the Metering team, which is the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector. The position involves investigating, detecting, and preventing gas and electricity theft in residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include ensuring safe installations, collecting evidence, and providing information to clients for decision-making.

You will also be involved in debt recovery work, which may include installing SMART meters or disconnecting supplies. A strong customer service background is essential, along with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

Previous experience as a Revenue Protection Officer or in conflict management is beneficial but not essential. A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset is required. The company will provide upskilling to become a qualified dual fuel engineer, with full training on revenue protection and conflict management.
