Managing expertly constructed international travel itineraries, often multi-leg across Europe and the US with a close eye on maximising efficiency of the Partners’ time (can two potential target companies be met in the same city/week?). Careful management of resulting multi-currency expenses.

Preparing documents, presenations and reports using G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Managment of team workflow including coordinating of investment team meetings, managing follow-ups, actions and any external contact required.

Upkeep of various contact and project databases and team budgets

Management of seemlessly curated events with support of events and marketing team (this could include venue research, management of invite lists and RSVPs, preparation of materials, speaker bios, extensive liaising with external suppliers re. AV, catering etc.)
