We are looking for a CIO to help lead a reputed Professional Services Firm. In this CIO role, working closely with the CEO and CISO, you will have substantive responsibilities and objectives which are closely tied to strategic and operational success for the practice. This Firm is a reputed Professional Services practice, operating internationally, and is trusted by organisations in sectors worldwide.

This role would suit a competent CIO looking to start, evolve, and develop AI abilities. Reporting into the CEO, main challenges are:

  • BAU CIO responsibilities - develop the Tech Team and start implementing AI
  • Managing Change - implementing through a Technology and newly created AI team
  • AI adoption for service excellence, business development, operational efficiencies
  • Transitioning to AI for disruption in Professional Services - Data First, Process Improvement
  • Data Democratisation and Governance - how you share and to whom

We are open to interest from profiles based on their potential, not just history. Applications are therefore welcomed from seasoned:

  • CISOs (existing or aspiring)
  • COOs (with relevant experience, looking for scale and adventure - AI adoption)
  • CIOs (experienced CIOs, looking for something different with GM challenges)
  • GCIOs (wishing to utilise technical advancements for competitive advantage - AI)
  • Technology Consultants including CTOs (looking to scale - Interim moving back into FT)

Commercial acumen and leadership skills need to be evident in our round 1 discussion. Sector experience: Management Consulting, Professional Services, FS, BPO, Technology.
