Provide the best customer service possible. They are seeking a Commercial Account Executive who can play a significant role in the company's evolution. In this position, you will oversee a stream of new business inquiries from the website while maintaining complete FCA compliance. The company can offer guidance on a variety of products, such as D&O, property, combined liabilities, cyber, professional indemnity, and medical malpractice.
What you will be responsible for:
- Contact clients to learn about their needs and to negotiate with insurers to acquire the best possible coverage.
- Follow up on warm leads and answer incoming calls that are generated by our website.
- Make suggestions to clients, finalise deals, and guarantee adequate coverage.
- When feasible, secure cross-selling opportunities and recommendations.
- Keep an eye on your own sales performance.
- Effectively manage your clientele.
- Build and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients and guarantee expert advice in all areas of business.
- Achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and always encourage great customer care.
What can you bring to the role:
- A self-starter with a high level of motivation.
- A team player who can work with other departments and liaise with colleagues at all levels.
- Full or part Cert CII qualified.
- A track record of success as a Commercial Insurance Handler/Executive or similar sales role.
- Experience selling and arranging Packaged and Commercial Combined policies.
