Sheridan Maine are proud to be working with a Berkshire based well-established business to recruit a Group Finance Manager. This role is varied in content and works closely with the Financial Controller covering a range of internal and external reporting duties. This is a newly created role and offers a great career opportunity for a technically focused qualified financial accountant.
Key responsibilities of this pivotal role will include:
- Responsible for the group consolidation process
- Management of monthly intercompany accounting and group reconciliations
- Creating financial reports and providing analysis to key stakeholders
- Assisting with the external audit process
- Day to day support and management of a small team
- Management of compliance and reporting
The ideal candidate for this position will be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and possess strong technical skills ideally with international accounting experience. It would also be advantageous to possess previous group and consolidation knowledge.
