What You'll Do:

• Lead & Innovate: Head up AI engineering efforts, managing a team of 3-4 engineers. Define AI strategy, KPIs, and lead the full development lifecycle of AI solutions.
• Generative AI Development: Oversee the design and deployment of generative AI systems across a range of industries. You'll propose creative solutions to complex challenges and drive rapid testing and iteration.
• Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions that deliver real impact.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the AI models are scalable, explainable, and reliable. Lead the development of frameworks that guarantee high-quality delivery and adherence to regulatory standards.

Your Profile:

• Technical Mastery: Strong experience with AI/ML algorithms and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) along with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Fluency in Python, C#, and Javascript is essential.
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading AI teams, fostering collaboration, and navigating challenges. Experience recruiting and scaling teams is highly desirable.
• Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a history of managing client engagements, building trust, and delivering successful AI projects.
• Industry Expertise: Experience in sectors like security, energy, or finance is a plus, with the ability to adapt AI solutions to new industries such as health and life sciences.
