About the Role:
Our client, a leading company in IoT is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This role will focus on designing, developing, and testing electronic systems for cutting-edge medical products. The ideal candidate will have a seasoned background in discrete Circuit Design, Embedded Systems, and Hardware Development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electronic circuits and systems, from concept through to production.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including firmware and mechanical engineers, to integrate hardware solutions.
- Conduct schematic capture, PCB layout, and prototyping.
- Perform hardware testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
- Optimize designs for performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical documentation, including design specifications and test reports.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless production.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electronics engineering
- Strong proficiency in circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded systems.
- Experience with microcontrollers, power electronics, and analogue/digital design.
- Hands-on experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and spectrum analysers.
