About Us
Asbestos Consultants Europe Ltd (ACE) is one of the UK’s leading asbestos consultancies, providing expert advice and services to both the public and private sectors. Our mission is to make buildings safer by delivering high-quality asbestos reports—and we need a dedicated Report Production Administrator to help us maintain our high standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Producing reports on asbestos findings from building surveys
- Using Microsoft Visio to create and label floor plans
- Checking and correcting data entered by surveyors
- Communicating with internal teams to ensure report accuracy
- Organising data in Microsoft Excel and issuing reports to clients when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams
- Ability to focus and meet deadlines
- GCSEs in English & Maths (C or above) or equivalent
Bonus Skills (Not Essential, But a Plus!):
- Experience using Microsoft Visio
- IT-related qualifications
