We are currently seeking an experienced Locum Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive client on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse looking for a flexible role within a well-established GP practice.
Working Days:
- Two days per week
- Flexible options: Tuesday & Wednesday or Wednesday & Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
- Leg ulcer management, including compression bandaging
- Performing cervical smears
- Doppler assessments
- Administration of injections including:
- Shingrix
- Prostap
- Zoladex
- Depo-Provera
- Travel immunisations
- Child and baby immunisations
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Current NMC registration
- Recent experience working in a primary care or general practice setting
- Confidence in autonomous practice and delivering high standards of care
- Up-to-date training and experience in all listed clinical duties
