Job Title: Business Support Assistant\\nReporting To: Business Administrator\\nDuration: Permanent Full Time\\nLocation: Stonebridge Park (Zone 3 Bakerloo line)\\nSalary: £30,000.00 per annum\\nExciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation working in the capacity of Business Support Assistant.\\nIn return we offer the below benefits:\\nA competitive wage\\nRetail deals and discounts\\n24/7 GP telephone consultation\\nPension scheme\\nExcellent benefits which include Life assurance equivalent 1 x annual salary, Personal Accident Cover\\nLength of service awards\\nEmployee Recognition Awards\\nTech scheme and Cycle to work scheme\\nCompany Sick Pay\\nCompany advances and loans\\nCareer progression: training and development opportunities\\nDiverse and inclusive working environment\\nOBJECTIVE:\\nContribute as a valued member of the team by providing essential administrative support.\\nDUTIES:\\n * Provide administrative support to the Compliance Department and Operations Team.\\n * Update and audit the Employee Portal.\\n * Support the IT Help Desk and liaise with the external IT supplier.\\n * Communicate with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth operations and compliance.\\n * Support various project initiatives as needed.\\n * Maintain and update the Asset Register.\\n * Help organise staff social events and company functions.\\n * Create requisitions and raise purchase orders (POs) as required.\\n * Manage equipment orders for all sites.\\n * Prepare welcome boxes for new contracts.\\n * Assist in the production of site-based documentation.\\n * Oversee the entire uniform processing workflow, including orders and returns.\\n * Contribute to the production of internal and client newsletters.\\n * Barclaycard reconciliation.\\n * Support site-based Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.\\nPost holder must be able to demonstrate:\\n * Strong literacy skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.\\n * Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to providing quality support.\\n * Proficient in numeracy and data handling.\\n * Professional and friendly telephone manner with a positive attitude.\\n * Advanced proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\\n * Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the tact and diplomacy to engage effectively with people at all levels and in various situations.\\nPersonal attributes:\\nMaintain a consistently professional appearance, adhering to the agreed dress code.\\nDemonstrate reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to take initiative, working efficiently without supervision.\\nExhibit self-confidence with a proactive interest in personal and professional development.\\nStrong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.\\nEmploy a methodical approach to work, meeting deadlines consistently.\\nPerform all administrative duties diligently and with professionalism.\\nOther:\\nGiven the nature of the role, it is essential that the post holder thrives in a fast-paced work environment, managing a demanding workload and consistently meeting tight deadlines with ease and efficiency.\\nPrevious experience with Monday/com would be beneficial, but is not essential.\\nOther:\\nGiven the nature of the role, it is essential that the post holder thrives in a fast-paced work environment, managing a demanding workload and consistently meeting tight deadlines with ease and efficiency
