What you’ll be doing:
- Installing, configuring and testing AV systems: Crestron, Biamp, Q-SYS, Cisco VC, Teams/Zoom Rooms
- First and second fix, rack building, commissioning and client handovers
- Pre-site configuration, documentation, and system staging
- Working alongside client IT teams to ensure smooth integration
- Delivering to the highest possible standards with a meticulous eye for detail
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of AV installation experience (ideally with CTS certification)
- Hands-on expertise with Crestron (DM/NVX), Biamp Tesira, Q-SYS, Dante Level 1/2, Microsoft Teams & Zoom integration
- A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a solution-first approach
- A UK driving licence
- Eligibility for SC Clearance (clean background essential)
