About the Role
You’ll work as part of a close-knit team responsible for managing the full casino games portfolio—from supplier coordination through to execution and performance analysis. With frequent new game releases, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, from technical implementation to data tracking and promotional support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of fast-paced digital content operations, who is comfortable working with different suppliers, tools, and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding, setup, and ongoing management of new casino games.
- Use the back-office system to ensure games are properly integrated and live on time.
- Troubleshoot and monitor functionality across the platform, escalating issues where needed.
- Analyse game performance, identifying trends and feeding insights back to the wider team.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on promotions and game-related content.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all content meets compliance requirements.
