Join a growing brigade of relief chefs across South Wales covering shifts from 6 hours a week to 70 hours a week.
Your Role: Blue Arrow Catering Cardiff has now got opportunities in a vast range of hotels and restaurants right across South Wales. Working as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef depending on experience. Experience in cooking from fresh, rosette, or Michelin would be useful.
Your Need: Match the shifts around your own personal requirements. The ideal candidate should have:
- NVQ level 1/2/3
- VRQ level 1/2
- AAA Award 706 1/2 or foreign equivalent
- Vast catering experience in one of the above fields
- Transport would be useful
Chefs will need to provide qualifications or employee references as proof of standard and ability. In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act of 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
