Food and Beverage Manager Needed for a 4-Star Luxury Lifestyle Hotel near New Forest.

We are thrilled to partner with our amazing client, a 4-star luxury lifestyle hotel near New Forest, who are in search of an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join their team and lead their one rosette brasserie. This function will predominantly be focused on the Restaurant and garden. This property can cater for up to 200 covers for the restaurant and terrace during peak season. You need to be a true F&B operator who can lead both operationally and strategically as a people leader.
