We are excited to partner with a leading manufacturing company, currently seeking an experienced Assistant Technical Manager to join their team. As Assistant Technical Manager, reporting to the technical leadership team, you will be responsible for the governance of the quality management system to ensure the delivery of best-in-class products while striving for continuous improvement in line with the company’s values.
You will play a key role in enabling Operational Excellence through quality compliance and supporting quality performance across the site. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Quality Management Systems, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. A strong understanding of audit processes, HACCP, and quality standards is essential.
You will need excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as proficiency in IT systems, particularly Excel and Word.
