A leading contract caterer in London is looking for a confident, energetic and passionate Sous Chef to work at a newly acquired contract in North London.

Working within a brigade of 4 chefs plus a kitchen porter, you will serve around 250 covers Monday to Friday and around 100 covers on weekends in the staff restaurant. There is also a big push on events in the evenings where overtime will be paid.

The salary for the Sous Chef role is £38k per annum plus paid overtime at 1.5. This is a 5 out of 7 position so there is weekend work involved.

A background in contract catering is preferred but not essential.
