As Revolut continues to expand globally, we’re looking for a Head of Global Markets Strategy to scale our Wealth and Trading business. You’ll lead the design, definition, and implementation of our global trading execution strategy and operating model, ensuring we deliver great products for our customers while driving efficiency, scalability, and profitability for our business.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving opportunities and innovation for our Wealth and Trading business, working closely with the Product team to bring these to market while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Supporting the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals for the business.
• Defining and implementing target-state booking and execution models that align with our ambitious objectives across equities and derivatives in multiple jurisdictions.
• Driving efficient front-to-back operational setup required to support the target state.
• Guiding our Engineering team toward the optimal design and architecture of electronic trading platforms, supported by robust risk management.

What you’ll need

• 8+ years of experience in strategy and business transformation within investment banks, hedge funds, or trading-focused financial institutions.
• Extensive experience building and developing trading businesses, products, and platforms across equities, fixed income, and derivatives on a global scale.
• Knowledge of trading platforms, electronic and algorithmic trading environments, and supporting technologies, along with related operational and regulatory set-up.
• Proven ability to manage complex, regulated financial products and deliver innovative, customer-facing trading solutions.
• A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks across key markets, including MiFID II, EMIR, and SEC regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Demonstrated success in leading and executing large-scale business change in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of fixed income products and markets.
• Cross-jurisdictional experience.
