For Companies Mechanical Design Engineer required to join a very successful and reputable SME specialising in full HVAC services. Must have CAD expertise.
They will offer fantastic and endless project variety within many sectors, providing you with a diverse experience.
You will be working for a stable and secure business as part of an exclusive, successful, and driven team.
Your role will involve:
- Working on a variety of interesting HVAC / Mechanical projects across varied sectors
- Being involved in all stages of the projects - inception to completion
- Working closely with others, in a team environment, to achieve deadlines
- Producing mechanical drawings and specifications
- Carrying out design calculations utilising both manual and computer techniques
- Monitoring own design delivery for quality in line with programme and budget and reporting to the Design Manager
- Working with the estimation team to take quotations to stage 5 designs for construction
- Liaising directly with clients
- Attending design team meetings
- Value engineering
This is a new opportunity due to the client further adding to the design team.
