A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Association. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based in our offices in Birmingham. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.
Purpose of the role
To understand the complex needs of tenants, licensees, or occupants of Adullam properties within the context of Supported Exempt Accommodation. To deliver a consistently high customer service which enhances the quality of life for tenants by providing safe, secure, and attractive environments, creating sustainable communities. You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture, and ethos.
