Senior Construction Underwriter

A leading international specialist commercial insurer and reinsurer require a Senior Construction Underwriter to underwrite new business on a global book of business. The book is large and extremely profitble. Underwriting discipline has been exceptional and whilst our client does have lead capability, they will not follow the market for the sake of hitting the top line. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate market relationships with brokers and be able to attract business based on a proven underwriting track record. Candidates will ideally have a minimum of 5 years underwriting experience in Construction & Engineering lines, but ideally more.
