We’re looking for a highly organised Production Coordinator to support the order management, logistics, and production processes for a premium childrenswear brand based in South London. This role is temporary with the view to become permanent. Therefore, suitable candidates must be immediately available.
To ensure seamless processing of wholesale and e-commerce orders, production management, and logistics coordination while maintaining the highest efficiency and accuracy standards.
Liaise closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations and effective communication throughout the process.
The Role:
- Process and manage wholesale orders, ensuring accurate entry into Zedonk and timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate with suppliers on purchase orders, production timelines, and inventory management.
- Oversee shipping and logistics, ensuring cost-effective and timely deliveries.
- Maintain stock levels and manage warehouse storage efficiently.
- Support the sales team by updating distributors and agents on order status and product changes.
- Assist with e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth product uploads and order dispatch.

The Candidate:
