Plant Plan are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, organised, and effective HR Administrator to be a part of our amazing team. This is an office-based role, from our HQ in Enderby, Leicester.
About the Role:
This is a new role within the organisation, one we are putting in place to help support our growing team, which is currently just over 100 people. As Human Resources Administrator you will be involved in Recruitment, Onboarding, Retention and Engagement, and Performance Management across our team, and report in to the Managing Director. The role will involve some travel in order to carry out interviews with applicants further afield.
Key tasks are as follows:
- Recruitment - including working with line managers to gauge future requirements, placing and monitoring adverts, 1st interviews, putting offers to applicants, and assisting with onboarding.
- Retention & Engagement - working on projects to help maximise our teams satisfaction and enjoyment at work, including building business cases for new initiatives and presenting these to the Board.
- Exit Interviews - carrying out exit interviews and collating results to give us a clear picture of what we’re doing well and not so well at.
- Performance Management - assisting line managers with performance management of their team, including drafting documents and providing advice and support as required.
- Data Management - keeping accurate HR records, and ensuring that company documents and policies are kept up to date, relevant, and compliant.
- Payroll - assisting with payroll as and when required.
