About the role:
As a Global Reward Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and management of salary programs and policies across the Devro business. You will work closely with HR and business leaders, and you will contribute to the analysis of HR data, benchmarking, project delivery and ensuring that our rewards programs are competitive and aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- To implement and execute salary programs and policies to meet organisation objectives and needs.
- Deliver analyses of HR data; identify trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights.
- Identify opportunities for more effective use of HR management information, consider risks to HR data, accuracy and improved ways of working within HR.
- Support the design and delivery of employee compensation structures and benefit programs, as well as the design and delivery of employee incentive programs; provide relevant financial, operational, and business performance analyses.
- Support the delivery of the annual review; provide relevant payroll and market pay analyses; as well as contribute to the drafting of communications and preparation of management decision-making tools.
- Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures.
- Contribute to the development and testing of HR data collection forms or questionnaires in a specific area of expertise to ensure the collection of relevant data in line with defined requirements.
- Support the delivery of job analysis and job evaluation processes; produce job descriptions and role profiles and associated scoping data.
- Manage day-to-day project workload and operate as part of global HR team implementing global processes across the HR function.
- Identify, scope and translate the content of projects into practical solutions for the HR teams to readily adopt.
About you:
- Previous experience within HR Services/operational delivery e.g. Compensation, Benefits and/or Reward Analyst role is essential.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure on various projects at the same time whilst achieving deadlines.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills which can be adaptable depending on the audience.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages, advanced Excel is essential and experience of using data analysis tools and process mapping.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision as well collaborating well with others is essential.
- Experience and understanding of ambiguous procedures or systems.
