Our client is a leading Media, Data & Tech solution which provides curated media & analytics to major brands, major HoldCo's and their agencies.

We are now seeking a seasoned Account Manager to oversee some of our most strategic Online Publisher partners/accounts.

YOU WILL HAVE

  • demonstrable publisher account management experience
  • an understanding of the digital media and online publisher landscape
  • knowledge of AdTech tools & mechanisms that help online publishers maximise yield
  • proven experience in cross-selling and up-selling to an existing client base

  • executing on the renewal & retention account management strategy
  • ensure clients are getting the most out of our client's solutions
  • uncovering new opportunities through regular contact
  • leading QBRs
  • testing new / beta products with trusted clients
  • ensuring a postive net promoter score (NPS)
