• 4+ years of experience in fashion design
• Ladieswear background essential
• Strong experience in wovens and jersey
• Confident in print design and trend forecasting
• Proficient in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Create standout, trend-led collections across categories
• Drive newness with fresh prints, concepts, and seasonal inspiration
• Use data and commercial insight to evolve bestsellers and build winning ranges
• Work closely with Buying & Merch teams to build smart, on-brand edits
• Attend fits and work collaboratively with tech & production
• Communicate clearly with global suppliers to bring your vision to life
• Stay plugged into social, influencers, and competitor activity - sharing ideas constantly
• Present your designs and ideas with confidence and flair
