As the Executive Chef Manager you will lead a team of 6, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly in the Café & Restaurant with a high volume of hospitality catering. This will include some evening work. As Executive Chef Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing food preparation, staff coordination, kitchen safety, and adhering to strict hygiene standards and allergen management. Executive Chef Manager Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Chef Manager, particularly within contract catering. Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
