Key Responsibilities As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload of matters, assisting clients with their personal legal needs. Your key duties will include: Advising clients on matters such as wills, probate, estate administration, inheritance tax, and trusts. Drafting wills and trusts, ensuring they meet clients’ personal and family needs while complying with relevant legislation. Managing estate administration and advising executors on their duties and obligations. Providing expert guidance on inheritance tax planning, tax mitigation strategies, and financial management. Assisting with applications for grants of probate and letters of administration. Advising clients on powers of attorney, including lasting powers of attorney (LPA) and deputyship orders. Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring excellent client care and ongoing support.
