Job Description Behaviour Support Assistant | Brent| ASAP Start Are you a capable Behaviour Support Assistant in search of your new role? Have you got a passion for inclusive education, and looking to develop your skills experiences? Here at Ribbons & Reeves, we are looking for knowledgeable graduates who are keen to work with primary-aged children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The partner schools we are currently collaborating with are mainstream Primary Schools with a need for extra Behaviour Support. Behaviour Support Assistant | About the role: £475-500 | Paid weekly via PAYE | Inclusive of Holiday Pay. The school is looking to help a Master’s or Doctorate hopeful get a year’s worth of experience in a SEND school to help them with their future careers. Term time work only. Supporting inclusive learning by accommodating the needs of children with SEMH and EHCPs. Working 1:1 or in small groups with children with SEMH needs. Collaborating with and following guidance of the faculty, SENDCo and SEN professionals to aid the holistic development of pupils. Guaranteeing a safe and equitable environment for all children.
