As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support students with additional learning needs in a specialist SEN setting. Successful candidates will be shortlisted for a SEN Teaching Assistant role at a specialist SEN school in East London.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting students with special educational needs in a classroom environment
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored interventions for students
  • Assisting with the emotional, social, and academic development of pupils
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support for children with ASD, ADHD, or other complex needs
  • Assisting with classroom activities, helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • A degree in Psychology or a related subject is essential
  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school or SEN setting
