Our client is a leading international healthcare manufacturer who are looking for a 2-6PQE Commercial Legal Counsel to join their team in Harlow(Hybrid). As Legal Counsel , you’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive legal team, working closely with senior leaders across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities: Partner with commercial teams to provide pragmatic legal advice. Draft, negotiate, and advise on various contracts and agreements. Support teams in navigating procurement processes and business strategies. Collaborate on customer-facing initiatives to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities. Manage legal risk and provide strategic counsel to drive business success. Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones. Ideal Candidate: Be a proactive Legal Counsel from a top tier law firm or have relevant in-house experience, minimum 2yrs PQE with a background in commercial law, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
