If so, this could be the role for you The Company: A market leading, highly prestigious supplier of Agricultural and Rural Services across the UK. The Job Role: Your role will be focused on account management which includes improving the experience of current account holders, whilst increasing engagement levels, and ensuring retention of accounts. To deliver these key objectives, you will implement processes and technologies to ensure a first-class service is provided. Location: Full Time, Hybrid Position (Part Office Based, Part Home Based) Covering the Southeast Region of the UK. Salary Package: £28,000 – £33,000 Basic Salary + Excellent Benefits Package Key Responsibilities: To own and deliver the key components of the retention strategy: on-boarding, proactive calling and off-boarding – account management. To produce engagement retention reports, including analysing trends. To interpret account retention statistics and report back on regular intervals to the regional teams and centrally. Work closely with the IT team to maintain and develop the CRM system, ensuring it is accurate, accessible and user-friendly. Ensure account records and contact details on the CRM are up to date and correct. To support with account research, surveys and provision of account intelligence. To communicate key messages and feedback from account holders to the appropriate policy teams. To support and work closely with sales team to help develop leads and introductions. To promote and up-sell the company services. Support the regional team when required at customer facing events, shows and AGMs. Candidate Skills and Experience: Proven account management or other relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels. First-rate customer care and communication skills. Experience of working within the account management function for a professional organisation. Strong skills and experience in using a CRM database. Keen attention to detail and accuracy in recording statistical data and providing reports. Excellent organisational, administrative and time-management skills. An understanding of issues which are affecting agricultural, farming, and rural businesses and experience of working in the agricultural, farming or rural sector – highly desirable.
