£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus bonus

The Role:

As a Property Valuer & Lister, you will be responsible for valuing and listing residential properties for sale, ensuring a high conversion rate of instructions. This role requires a proactive, sales-driven individual with strong business development skills and a passion for property. The position is both office-based and client-facing, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate and market-informed property valuations for potential sellers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and targeted prospecting.
  • Take responsibility for converting valuations into signed instructions, ensuring a high success rate.
  • Create compelling property listings with high-quality descriptions and images to maximise exposure.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from listing to sale.
  • Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Strong business development and negotiation skills, with a track record of winning instructions.
  • Exceptional customer service and client relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and presentation when preparing listings and marketing materials.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
