The Role:
As a Property Valuer & Lister, you will be responsible for valuing and listing residential properties for sale, ensuring a high conversion rate of instructions. This role requires a proactive, sales-driven individual with strong business development skills and a passion for property. The position is both office-based and client-facing, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate and market-informed property valuations for potential sellers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
