Develop whole life cost models for fleet types and explore best value ownership options for the business. • Provide direction for Fleet asset management for 3 sites with strong forecast growth, incorporating multiple assets and facilities managing circa 60m pax per annum. • Fleet numbers across 3 sites circa 600. • Value of asset base for each site is in the range of £1.5bn – £2.5bn. • Corporate target is to transition its fleet to ULEV by 2030.
