Water Consultancy covering the South-East only are looking for a Legionella Risk Assessor to join an existing team and work on commercial projects in Central London. Due to the size of the team, our client can provide regional work and the chance to move into a supervisory position in the future.
To apply for the Legionella Risk Assessor position, the following background is being considered:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Legionella Risk Assessor role or be carrying out these duties currently.
- To hold WH-04 Risk Assessment for Legionella Control in Water Systems qualification or similar.
- Be happy to carry out water hygiene duties where needed.
- Remedial Plumbing would be of interest.
- Have the flexibility to do planned overtime and cover work in West London.
- Full driving license.
- Be Enhanced DBS cleared or be able to pass all checks.
The Legionella Risk Assessor will receive training but given your market knowledge, our client is keen to have you signed off quickly and working on existing long-term projects.
This role has come about due to internal promotion.
The successful applicant will cover both risk assessing and water hygiene work including closed system analysis, cooling towers, general water monitoring/testing, assessing assets and maintaining all required paperwork. Some remedial plumbing will also be required but you will be supported by the plumbing team.
