What will I be doing:
- Focusing on strategic accounts, comprising of the Global 500, you will work with your supporting team to identify opportunities, map accounts, and expand key stakeholder relationships to successfully meet your sales targets.
- This is a closing role and is therefore responsible for the entire sales cycle, including the revenue attributed to winning new customers.
- The team comprises experienced sales professionals, each with experience of working with strategic opportunities across the industry.
- You will report directly to the senior leadership team.
- Working closely with a dedicated BDR team to identify opportunities.
- Attending meetings to present Darktrace and discuss Cyber challenges/priorities with strategic scale opportunities.
- Taking the lead in running projects (POCs) with strategic scale opportunities.
- Running commercial negotiations.
- Working closely with dedicated Subject Matter Experts to address complicated use-cases.
- Mapping key accounts and developing strategic relationships with executive stakeholders (C-Level and below).
What experience do I need:
- This position is suited to an individual who can demonstrate a successful track record of full-cycle sales experience in large cyber security sales at the strategic level.
- You will bring the ability to leverage your existing network in developing your client base within the first 6 - 9 months.
- Given the complexity of the work, you will have excellent communication skills allowing you to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- We are looking for someone who can hunt for new business and build rapport with senior key decision makers.
