Commercial Account Handler required to join a successful, fast-paced insurance broker. You’ll be responsible for managing an extensive book of business providing bespoke solutions to a diverse book of commercial clients.
You will be tasked with achieving high retention rates for clients who require commercial insurance lines such as Property, Casualty and Motor Fleet. You will also deal with general enquiries, new business and handle any mid-term adjustments to cover whilst delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
Another key aspect of this role will entail drafting professional reports and requesting key information from clients. It’s important that you can demonstrate a good understanding of Commercial insurance products such as Commercial Combined, Property Owners, Motor Fleet and Financial Lines.
Experience of working in a similar insurance broking role would also be advantageous. An ethos of delivering high levels of customer service is essential for this role. You will also be committed to developing your knowledge with the ability to learn and grow within the company.
You will be confident in building effective relationships with your clients, and work well with internal colleagues. Experience of using Acturis would also be advantageous.
