We are supporting a leading manufacturer in their search for a Project Manager to join the technical team. Working on some high profile and business critical projects, the Project Manager is required to have a strong technical understanding (Manufacturing/Engineering) and an appreciation for safety critical working.You will be joining a team delivering significant CapEx over the next 3 years as the business strives to establish best in class processes and deliver against ambitious sustainability targets.Core duties include: Understand site priorities for tasks that minimise downtime and quality. Ability to lead and communicate with other team members and external contacts in relation commissioning new plant. Capability to provide, mechanical engineering, production & health and safety improvements (including safe working practices and risk assessments). Actively contribute to and uphold high standards for department equipment and/or equipment throughout the plant. Contribute to the overall effectiveness, compliant & efficient operation of the site.
