Our client is the subsidiary of a niche banking group and specialises in the provision of Buy To Let Mortgages. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager.
If you’re a Business Development Manager within the BTL sector, or have experience within the Ltd Company/ HMO/ portfolio Landlord markets and are looking for an opportunity to grow in a friendly environment, we’re looking for you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Take responsibility for intermediary relationships within your geographical area, growing volume support of the desired quality by building trust between intermediary and lender.
- Deliver decisions to introducers in an empathetic, confident and knowledgeable manner.
- Liaise with the underwriting and support teams to ensure service standards are being met.
- Monitor performance and quality of business and recommend actions.
You will have a proven track record within the Buy To Let market with a strong understanding of HMO / Multi unit properties. You will have excellent communication and analytical skills.
