We’re Beauty Pie. We’re the world’s first luxury beauty and wellness buyers’ club. And we’re disrupting the beauty industry, one face cream at a time. Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail – and overpay for all the crazy markups. Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie. So, what will you be doing? Working with leaders across Beauty Pie to understand the drivers of business performance, analysing key trends and providing in-depth analyses and recommendations through engaging stories to help the business make important strategic decisions Help the different functions across Beauty Pie understand the problems they’re trying to solve and make the right decisions. Use your broad exposure to Beauty Pie’s data and priorities to self-identify and recommend areas of interest for analysis. Partner with stakeholders to define analysis objectives and translate business objectives into high impact analytical questions. Present findings and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Partner with stakeholders to ensure insights get taken forward into actions Collaborate with your data lead peers in Data Engineering, and Data Science to ensure we deliver impact to the business Mentor and manage junior analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. Role model Insights and Analytics across Beauty Pie, taking a leading role in defining what our standards our Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and business intelligence. You have extensive experience working in an Insight Analytics role, preferably for a DTC business You thrive in ambiguity, ask incisive questions, take a structured approach to problem-solving and provide clarity You enjoy working closely with senior stakeholders to enable even better data driven decision making You enjoy collaborating with data peers, in data engineering and data science You’re a technical expert, and are comfortable analysing complex, cross domain behavioural data through SQL, and potentially other languages You have experience leading work with cross-functional teams, and are able to tell engaging stories, leading to clear recommendations to a diverse mix of stakeholders What makes someone ‘Beauty Pie’?
